Smart Phone Market Share Q3 2011 has seen a major shift in the market leader with Android taking the first place from Symbian.
The market share of the all other major operating system have been decreased except Android. Android is emerging as a strong OS and it looks like it will keep its first place safe in near future.
The market share of Symbian is decreased by nearly 20%. While iOS just dropped by 1.6% and Research In Motion dropped by 4.4%.
Android OS market share increased by a whopping 27%. It really looks strong.
Other operating system to watch is BADA OS which has doubled its share in this Q3.
