Nokia Lumia 800 is all set to be launched in next week in India. With this smartphone Nokia is aiming to capture its lost cellphone market share in high-end smartphone category. This phone is also the first Nokia mobile to be powered by Windows Mobile operating system, rather than Symbian OS.
Nokia Lumia 800 has a 3.7 inch AMOLED capacitive touch screen which has the scratch resistant Gorilla Glass. Like I said earlier, it has Windows Mobile 7.5 Mango OS.
It has a powerful 1.4 Ghz Scorpion processor, 512 MB RAM and the latest Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon chipset. It has 16 GB of internal storage for all the data but no external storage card slot, so it could not be increased.
This phone has a 8 mega pixel camera with dual LED flash and autofocus. This camera has Carl Zeiss optics for better picture quality.
This smartphone is available in 3 colours- Cyan, Black and Magenta.
Price range of Nokia Lumia 800 smartphone is in between Rs.26000 to Rs.30000 in India. The official announcement on exact price is yet to be made but we can be assured that it will be available in the above mentioned price range.
